Gym-Based Coaching

For those interested in joining me at my studio setup, located in Ypsilanti, MI. The gym offers everything needed to get in an effective workout, with the complete comforts of a private setting. This allows for an intimate experience without battling general members or talking over chaos. Exercise programming is tailored specifically to each individuals’ goals, movement capacity, current level of fitness, and training preferences. All clients receive full access to my Client Portal Login, containing my exercise video database and additional training & nutrition resources.

1-on-1 and couples sessions offered!

For those within proximity who are interested in having me come to their home. This can be tailored from very minimal to maximal equipment available. Virtual Coaching

For those both near and far! Sessions are hosted via live video conference and can be performed at your home or gym that you attend. This can be tailored from very minimal to maximal equipment available. Individualized Nutrition Coaching

Remote nutritional coaching tailored to your specific needs, goals, and lifestyle. This is not a meal plan! My approach to nutritional coaching typically begins with clients tracking their baseline food intake via an app/tracker of their preference for one week. This allows me to gain insight into what they are already doing well, and what could use some tweaks and improvements. Clients are able to funnel questions back and forth regarding how to create a nutrition plan that serves to achieve their health, performance, or body composition goals; but be flexible enough for long term adherence. I do not want to give you a meal plan. I want to teach you how to adapt your choices to be the best they can in any situation or context. I typically work with nutritional clients on a month-to-month basis until I feel they are well equipped with the tools they need to proceed on their own, and are seeing changes in the direction that they desire.
